You can also move files from your personal Library into an active Project Room which is an on-line shared production service offered by VisionNet. While in Personal Viewer, simply select which files (you can move more than one at a time) that you would like to move by clicking the selection box (right underneath file ID #) and then click on “Copy to Project room” at the bottom of the page. You will be then prompted to enter the username and password of the Project Room that the files are going to.
To view the files in a project room, you will need to click on log out (top right-hand corner of page) and then click on log in, now enter the Project room password and username. The file copies from your personal view will appear in “Project Room Locations” under “Locations to be filed.” From there you can move it to any of the folders you create and name along the left side of the page.
Tip: Only one login per browser is permitted, so you cannot be signed into both a VisionScout room and a Project room simultaneously using two open tabs or windows on a single browser. You can however work around this problem by logging in with a second browser. For example, you can access you VisionScout in Firefox (a free download at www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) while simultaneously organizing your Project Room in Safari.
